When you are in a field which requires a code, you can use the query window to display a list of valid codes. To try out the query facility:

1 Select "Calendar" from the 4XTRA menu or by pressing ALT+F4. This shows you the calendar for the currency pair defined for calendar use |

2 TAB to one of the currency fields and type "???". The query window appears as follows: |

3 All the codes in this window are displayed immediately, but for some types of code, for example Customers, you may have to narrow the search by typing part of the code you are looking for in the CODE or DESCRIPTION fields, or by selecting a range by supplying an index key |

4 You can now move down to the code you want with TAB or DOWN ARROW then press ENTER to select |

5 The Calendar window reappears with the currency code already filled in |
