With 4XTRA there are two ways of getting to the window you want:

		Selecting a menu, then an option from it
		Using a key shortcut (available for the most commonly used windows)

These are described in the sections which follow.

Selecting from a menu

To select a menu, then an option:

		1 Move along to the menu you want using TAB, HOME, END or the arrow keys. When you move to a menu title it is highlighted
		2 Press ENTER when an option is highlighted to select it. A menu of options appears
		3 Move to one of the options and press ENTER to select it

Returning to the previous window

To go back to the previous window, press ESCAPE. When a menu of options is displayed, you can press ESCAPE to return to the menu bar and select from another menu, or left/right arrow keys to move and pull down the next menu.
