4XTRA is structured so that the different types of users have only the parts of the system which they need. For example, apart from the 4XTRA menu which all users have, a back office user only has the Back Office menu, and an executive only has the Managers menu. See here for details of the types of users and which menus they get.
Each user has access to all of these menus, but some of the options within each menu are available only to certain types of users.
A menu item which is not available to you will appear on the menu in a different colour. You cannot select it as the cursor will skip over it. If you need to use a menu item which is not available to you, speak to the 4XTRA System Administrator.
