Conventions used in this guide

Throughout this guide, the following conventions are used to distinguish elements of text:

  UPPERCASE is used for field names and for the names of keys such as TAB and ENTER
  "Double quotes" are used for field values and for menu items
  A plus sign (+) between key names indicates that the keys must be pressed together. For example, "press ALT + F5" means hold down the ALT key and press F5 at the same time
